- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lb. Large shrimps
- 1/2 teaspoon sage dried
- salt and black pepper to taste
Add your butter into a pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry your garlic for about 2 minutes or until aromatic.
Add your shrimps, wine, lemon juice, cumin, sage, sweet-chili sauce, and cayenne pepper. Cook for about 4-minutes, often stirring or until the shrimp is cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
Transfer the shrimps to a serving platter.
