- Add your butter into a pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry your garlic for about 2 minutes or until aromatic.
- Add your shrimps, wine, lemon juice, cumin, sage, sweet-chili sauce, and cayenne pepper. Cook for about 4-minutes, often stirring or until the shrimp is cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Transfer the shrimps to a serving platter.
