Orange-Butter Shrimp Skewers
This tasty seafood recipe is an excellent dish to serve as a main or as an appetizer. The unique citrus flavor of this shrimp dish is created with the addition of orange and butter!

- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 lb. Fresh shrimps cleaned, and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- fresh parsley chopped for garnish
You will need 8 wooden skewers. Preheat your grill to high.
Season your shrimps with salt and pepper, to taste. Thread the shrimps onto wooden skewers.
In a mixing bowl, add the cumin, butter, cayenne pepper, and orange juice, mix well.
Grill your skewers for about 5 minutes per side. Brush the orange-juice mixture, frequently onto shrimps.
Transfer your skewers onto a serving platter. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
