- You will need 8 wooden skewers. Preheat your grill to high.
- Season your shrimps with salt and pepper, to taste. Thread the shrimps onto wooden skewers.
- In a mixing bowl, add the cumin, butter, cayenne pepper, and orange juice, mix well.
- Grill your skewers for about 5 minutes per side. Brush the orange-juice mixture, frequently onto shrimps.
- Transfer your skewers onto a serving platter. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve and Enjoy!
