Orange-Butter Shrimp Skewers

This tasty seafood recipe is an excellent dish to serve as a main or as an appetizer. The unique citrus flavor of this shrimp dish is created with the addition of orange and butter!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 lb. Fresh shrimps cleaned, and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 baker

Method
 

  1. You will need 8 wooden skewers. Preheat your grill to high.
  2. Season your shrimps with salt and pepper, to taste. Thread the shrimps onto wooden skewers.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the cumin, butter, cayenne pepper, and orange juice, mix well.
  4. Grill your skewers for about 5 minutes per side. Brush the orange-juice mixture, frequently onto shrimps.
  5. Transfer your skewers onto a serving platter. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
