Before chopping the dried figs, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes.
Drain and coarsley chop.
In large bowl, mix together oats, figs, hemp hearts and cocoa powder.
Add the almond butter and the honey and get in there with your hands and mix until all completely blended.
Adjust your wet to dry ratio if you’re finding it too wet or dry.
Roll into small 1″ balls and place on a plate.
Set to cool in refrigerator for about 30 minutes before eating.
Store in refrigerator and enjoy whenever you want…without the guilt!
