I loved this smoothie. The flavours excited & energized me for the long day ahead. I loved the stunning colour that turned up and especially the little flecks of green & purple. It’s a pretty smoothie. I’m sure you can blend it even more, but I actually like the texture of a ‘rough’ smoothie. Makes me feel like I’m eating a meal in a glass! If you’re not going to drink it all straight away, use a little less chia seeds, since it will basically become a fruit pudding by the end of the day [unless you like that...which I do, then fill your boots!] Also, to mention, the grapefruit juice is perfect in this combination, as it gives it that extra sour twist…rememeber, I’m a sour nut! What kind of smoothie combinations do you like? I’d love to hear about them. I love playing with different flavours, so I’m sure this will not be the last smoothie to appear on Flavour.
