Ingredients
  

  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup green onion sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. Seafood mix scallop, fish, squid, shrimp
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large wok or a skillet, heat your olive oil over medium heat. Stir-fry your onion and garlic until fragrant, for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the bell pepper, wine, and carrot to the wok, cooking for approximately 5-minutes.
  3. Add the seafood mix to the wok, along with Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and green onion. Cook for an additional 4-minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the seafood mixture into a serving dish.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
