- In a large wok or a skillet, heat your olive oil over medium heat. Stir-fry your onion and garlic until fragrant, for about 3 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, wine, and carrot to the wok, cooking for approximately 5-minutes.
- Add the seafood mix to the wok, along with Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and green onion. Cook for an additional 4-minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the seafood mixture into a serving dish.
