- Heat your peanut oil in a large wok over medium heat. Cook the ginger, shallot and garlic for about 2-minutes or stir more often until aromatic.
- Place your beef strips into the wok and cook for approximately 5-minutes or until browned, stirring frequently.
- Add your leeks to the wok, along with the oyster sauce. Cook for about 5- minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in your sesame oil, then season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Serve and Enjoy!
