Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 lbs. Beef tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons peppercorns ground
  • cooking spray as needed
  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 baking dish

Method
 

  1. Heat your oven to 425° Fahrenheit. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the garlic powder, olive oil, pepper, paprika, and cumin into prepared baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Bake for 30-minutes or to your desired personal doneness. Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing beef.
  4. Transfer to a serving platter.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
