Lamb Chops with Red Wine Sauce

- 5 6-ounce lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Red Wine Sauce:
- 2/3 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and black pepper to taste
Whisk together the olive oil, rosemary, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Next, add in the lamb chops and stir to coat all sides of meat. Marinate for at least 1-hour.
Preheat your grill to high.
Add your butter into a pan, over medium heat. Add in the flour and cook for about 30-seconds, stirring. Add in the beef stock and red wine, stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Remove from heat.
Transfer to red wine sauce to a small bowl.
Grill your lamb chops for about 7-minutes per side or until your personally desired doneness.
