Lamb Chops with Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 5 6-ounce lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Red Wine Sauce:

  • 2/3 cup red wine
  • 1/3 cup beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the olive oil, rosemary, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Next, add in the lamb chops and stir to coat all sides of meat. Marinate for at least 1-hour.
  • Preheat your grill to high.
  • Add your butter into a pan, over medium heat. Add in the flour and cook for about 30-seconds, stirring. Add in the beef stock and red wine, stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Remove from heat.
  • Transfer to red wine sauce to a small bowl.
  • Grill your lamb chops for about 7-minutes per side or until your personally desired doneness.
