Grilled Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 5-ounce beef sirloin steak
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seed ground
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper coarsely ground

Equipment

  • 1 large glass bowl
  • 1 Grill

Method
 

  1. In a large glass bowl, mix the coriander seed, oil, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Add the steaks and turn to coat on all sides. Cover the glass bowl and allow to sit for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to high.
  4. Grill your steaks for about several minutes per side or until you have reached your personal desired doneness.
  5. Transfer to serving plates.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
